Sounds stupid doesn't it?
Yet, it’s been shown that for many addiction cravings and depressive episodes at their most intense can be temporally relieved by having a drink of cold water.
It’s not cure but will give you precious time to settle and clear your mind for a moment.
Add those moments up and you’ve got actual time away from what’s upsetting or time to talk.
Stay fuelled, stay hydrated.
